Dishforth, North Yorkshire

A grade II listed rectory in the vale of York. A stunning central listed wall, crumbling barns and a car park for all too see. The key themes for this family garden was to bring life in across the distinct spaces within the garden. One of the out barn was to reduced so a natural pool could take its place and giving the barn the use of pool room. This gave a central axis for the rest of the garden leaving spaces for dining, drinks and or somewhere quiet to slip away too.
