Initial Consultation and Brief

We get to know you and your garden and discuss a plan in line with your budget. We’ll talk about everything from style, materials, plants, your garden’s axis, usage, views and locality.

This will be sent to you and signed off in the brief as well as a design process letter further outlining our process and fees for the project.

Concept Design

With a design process letter and written brief, we will start to explore the concept and feel for the design. Clients can expect:

A topographical survey will be taken of the site. Site analysis and circulatory drawings will be made as we develop the schematic drawings and explore the project in further detail.

A masterplan will be produced with visual and photographic references to present to yourself as part of the concept design. We will be working closely with you to ensure your objectives are met.

Detailed Design

Once the concept design has been agreed the project can move on to detail design to get it ready for the tendering. We can help to recommend or source contractors for the project.

Throughout the build we will be in regular contact and come to site on pre agreed times to review the progress of works.

At the planting stage our team will be onsite to help set out the plants.

Establishment Visits

Once the garden has been completed further visits can be made to ensure the garden establishes well and is well maintained well as it develops.
